The British Open University e-Learning Workshop:

Effective Management of Large Enrollment e-Learning Courses

Plans have begun for an autumn workshop featuring Tony Nixon and Dave Meara from The British Open University (UKOU). The workshop will focus on a variety of topics pertaining to the ways in which distance learning may effectively reach large numbers of students globally, while also maintaining high levels of quality. In particular, the workshop will discuss the structure and operation of the UKOU and its distance learning methodology. In addition, critical issues relevant to the success of the delivery of distance learning will be identified and their application within the context of Ohio will be evaluated.
